I have been training I this work since November 2024, with 450 hours of taught training completed and over 200 hours of client practice so far.

From September 2026, I will be offering a fresh allocation of sessions as part of my training in Myofascial Energetic Release, BBTRS® breathwork and the BTEC Level 5 Professional Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy, one of the most rigorous and advanced massage and soft tissue qualifications in the UK.

MER and BBTRS® sessions last up to two hours, a spacious amount of time allowing clients to arrive, check in, settle into the work and integrate back into life afterwards.
